Job Description
1.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ADNOC Approved HSE Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for EPC construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements
- Manage and supervise Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including CC7
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
- Support incident investigation and reporting processes
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of work
- Promote HSE awareness and training across site personnel
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of HSE experience in EPC construction projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ADNOC or Middle East Oil & Gas projects (preferred)
- Demonstrated competency in CC7 PTW system
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Multi-language skills (Hindi / Urdu / Arabic / Mandarin) are an advantage
Preferred Certifications (Highly Advantageous)
- ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 awareness / implementation
Additional Information
