Policy Development And Implementation

• Develop and maintain HSE policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Ensure that safety policies are communicated, understood, and adhered to across all levels of the organization.

Compliance And Risk Management

• Conduct regular on-site risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure proper mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Manage and monitor environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Training and Awareness:
• Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors to promote safety awareness.
• Foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Incident Management

• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring that root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive records of incidents and compliance activities.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and manage the HSE team, providing direction, support, and performance management.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and other departments to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and activities.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor HSE performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, technology, and industry practices to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement

Qualification And Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, CPD, HSI, or equivalent are highly desirable

Minimum Experience And Skills Required

• **Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in large scale Infrastructure & construction domain.**
• **At least 5 Years of experience in UAE (Mandatory)**
• Proven track record in implementing HSE policies and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HSE software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
