Overview
- Conduct regular Vessel(Ship) inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct vessel inspection for pre audit to ensure Customer requirement is met and vessel is following safety standards
- Coordinate and assist during client inspection of vessels and follow-up punch list and arrange for close out.
- Coordinate incident investigations, documenting findings, and ensuring corrective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE documentation, including reports, manuals, and emergency response plans.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to promote safety awareness and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Arrange 3rd party services of vessels basis expiry dates and update the records
- Liaise with authorities for Class and Flag requirement arrangements and update vessel certificates
- Support the preparation and submission of HSE-related permits and documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Participate & prepare for vessel + company HSE audits and inspections, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HSE practices.
