• We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to support a major data centre project located east of Riyadh.
• The role will focus on ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all site activities, in line with Saudi regulations and international best practices.
• Implement and monitor the project HSE management plan on site
• Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions where required
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances and prepare reports
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer on large-scale construction projects
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory in HSE field
• Experience on data centre, industrial, or mission‑critical projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards
• Proven ability to work in an active construction site environment
• Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
