Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused HROptima HR&Payroll software Implementation Consultant to lead the successful implementation of HROptima HRMS software for our clients.
The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to
Understand HR and payroll requirements, Configure the system,
Integration with customer's ERP systems
Conduct training,
Ensure smooth go-live
Post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client HR, payroll requirements.
Configure and customize the HROptima application based on client needs.
Conduct requirement workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
Prepare project documentation, process flows, and implementation plans.
Perform data migration, testing, and validation activities.
Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live.
Coordinate with the development team for enhancements and issue resolution.
Provide post-implementation support and customer success services.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Candidates must be having
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2+ years of experience in any HRMS, ERP, Payroll, or software implementation.
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in requirement gathering and client interaction.
Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
