We are seeking an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and enhancing Human Resource Management Systems **(HRMS).** The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose effective system solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users when required.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation, development, integration, or support.
+ Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.
+ Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
+ Strong SQL and reporting skills.
+ Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar platforms.
- Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.
- Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are a plus.
