Job Summary
Seeking an **experienced HR Cum Admin Executive fluent in Tagalog** to manage HR, office administration, legal coordination, and support the production team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance in UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, exits, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll support
- Manage office administration, supplies, and company assets
- Coordinate with lawyers on legal matters, labour disputes, and documentation
- Advise and coordinate with **production team** for workforce, attendance, and HR-related matters
- Liaise with PRO, banks, insurance, and government authorities
- Address employee queries and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance
Requirements
- 2–4 years UAE HR/Admin experience
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (Arabic a plus)
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
