What You'll Be Doing
As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Department and support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.
- Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.
- Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.
- Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both: Electronically (soft copies), Manually (hard copies)
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / English Translation or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, word, PowerPoint.
