Part-time hybrid HR Support Officer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to perform some duties from home.
The role supports day-to-day HR operations and company HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR policy implementation and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Help draft and update job descriptions and support onboarding and offboarding.
- Respond to routine team-member HR queries and support employee relations activities.
- Organize HR communications and help align HR practices with company standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
- HR and HR management skills, including HR policies, job description development, and employee relations.
- Strong organization, administrative skills, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication and responsible handling of confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools and common office software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
Advantageous background
- HR support or coordination experience is beneficial, preferably in a technology- or safety-focused organization.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
