• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to support training coordination and compliance monitoring across projects and departments.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring employees meet mandatory training requirements, while maintaining accurate data and supporting smooth HR operations.
• Your responsibilities as an HR Support Officer
• Monitor and track employee training compliance in line with project and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate and organize training activities, including scheduling, enrolments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and manage training and personnel data accurately across systems.
• Ensure data integrity and timely updates of training records and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for training-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and HR colleagues to ensure compliance with training matrices and requirements.
• Support reporting on training compliance, identifying gaps, and following up on outstanding actions.
• Contribute to improving processes related to training coordination and data management.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and respond promptly to urgent requests.
• You can make your mark as an HR Support Officer if you have:
• Experience in a similar administrative or HR support role, or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing various offshore related safety trainings.
• Strong affinity with data management and accuracy; experience with HR systems or learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• A structured and proactive mindset, with a focus on compliance and follow-up.
