Role overview
Part-time hybrid HR Support Officer role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to perform some tasks from home.
Supports day-to-day HR operations and works with senior HR staff on employee matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate documentation related to contracts and job descriptions.
- Support implementation of HR policies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Help resolve basic employee relations issues in collaboration with senior HR staff.
- Organize HR meetings and training, prepare reports, and help align HR procedures with company standards and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with ability to support routine HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including practical job description development skills.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in employee relations, handling employee queries, and supporting a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Skills and education
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-border teams.
- Familiarity with HR information systems or basic HR software tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
