HR Support Officer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR documentation and help implement HR policies.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and support employee relations and organizational compliance.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, assist with HR reporting, and collaborate with management to improve HR processes.
• Communicate regularly with staff and leadership to provide accurate HR support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR and HR management skills, with knowledge of HR policies and their application.
• Employee relations experience, including handling routine inquiries.
• Ability to develop and maintain clear, accurate job descriptions.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and accurate documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software such as MS Office or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment and independently manage time and priorities.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in an HR support-focused or similar administrative role is preferred.
