Manage the full range of HR operations, from hiring to employee relations.

Serve as the main point of contact for HR matters and ensure practices follow Saudi Labor Law and support company growth.

Manage workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, address concerns, and help maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and end-of-service calculations.
Manage compliance and government platforms, including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
Monitor and support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Coordinate performance management and support training and development plans.
Develop and apply HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labor Law.
Maintain employee records and HR transactions in the ERP system and generate reports.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Saudi national.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience across HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or HRIS systems.
A professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or aPHRi is a plus.
