Key Requirements

• ✅ Minimum **3 years of proven experience** in Human Resources within a similar role.
• ✅ Strong knowledge and practical experience in all core HR functions, including:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations
• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Performance Management
• HR Administration and Documentation
• Compensation and Benefits
• HR Policies and Compliance
• Training and Development
• ✅ **Valid Qatar ID (QID)** with transferable visa.
• ✅ Available for **immediate joining**.
• ✅ **Qatar Driving License** is an advantage.
• ✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
