This Position reports to: Country HR Manager

Part of this role, Manages Government Relations transactions and activities within ABB - Saudi Arabia, supporting complex and escalating assignments as needed, Ensures overall operational compliance with local legal and regulatory frameworks, while maintaining effective coordination between HR Operations and relevant government entities.

Handle HR-related administrative transactions and ensure alignment with relevant government systems and internal records.

Support the maintenance and renewal of required official documentation across ABB business entities.

Liaise with government platforms as needed to ensure continued operational compliance and avoid any regulatory disruptions.

Handle and process end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.

Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.

Executes and delivers imperative and crucial assigned HR Services and certain legal responsibilities.

Maintains good relationship with employees’ representatives/ authorities/ government bodies.

Ensures compliance with legislation, HR policies, and compliance standards in the given area of responsibility.

Partners with business and HR to understand current issues that can be supported; recommends new practices, processes, or policies to improve.

2 to 4 years of experience of proven experience in GR/ HR Operations field.

Good written and verbal communication in Arabic and English

Saudi labor laws and regulations & HR operations cycle

Collaborative mindset and teamwork

Proactive approach to regulatory changes
