Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Specialist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support to staff
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support HR policy development and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR (construction industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
