Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• -Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• -Managing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
• Welcoming new employees and facilitating their integration into the company.
• Conducting orientation programs and explaining company policies and procedures.
• Handling employee grievances and mediating conflicts.
• Promoting a positive work environment and addressing workplace issues.
• Implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
• Developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Preparing reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience, ideally in the field;
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable university;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• Knowledge of Arabic and English is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;
• A well-controlled ego;
• Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications;
• Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;
• Attention to the details;
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law;
• Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.
