Overview
تلقي طلبات و قيادة الإستقطاب والتوظيف والمقابلات الأولية وفرز والمرشحين وتقديمها والتواصل مع عملاء وكالة تنفيذ ، مع إسناد بعض مهام عمليات الموارد البشرية لعملاء وكالة تنفيذ للقيام بها على أعلى وجه .
المسؤوليات
1-إدارة العلاقة مع العملاء وتلقي طلبات التوظيف والتنسيق حسب احتياج كل عميل للتوظيف
2-نشر الإعلانات الوظيفية وفرز المرشحيت والتوصية حسب الأفضل
3-متابعة إجراءات التعيين والإدخال للموظفين الجدد
4-إعداد تقارير الموارد البشرية للإدارات التنفيذية لعملاء وكالة تنفيذ
5-وضع وتطبيق سياسات تهيئة الموظف الجديد
6-متابعة خروج والموظفين والإنهاءات
المؤهلات
-شهادة في إدارة الموارد البشرية او تخصص ذو العلاقة
-خبرة في الموارد البشرية 2 سنوات كحد أقصى
-إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بالحد المتوسط
