Job Summary:
CDK International LLC (Branch) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR interviews when required
• Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor laws
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and reporting related to recruitment metrics

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Qatar labor laws is an advantage
