Job Summary
CDK International LLC (Branch) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews when required
- Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor laws
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and reporting related to recruitment metrics
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws is an advantage
