We are looking for a smart, fast, hands-on HR, Recruiting and Office associate to support recruiting and day-to-day operations across our multiple growing tech companies.
This is a startup-style role for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to get involved wherever needed.
In addition to recruiting, this role also includes operational and administrative support tasks across different businesses.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on, takes ownership, thinks independently, and is not “too senior” for executional work.
A major part of this role is active recruiting and talent sourcing.
You will spend a significant amount of time searching for candidates online, reviewing applications, identifying strong profiles, filtering candidates, and presenting pre-qualified candidates directly to management.
At the same time, you will also support day-to-day operational and office-related tasks.
This can include online research, comparing tools and software solutions, preparing spreadsheets and lists, coordinating vendors or service providers, organizing administrative processes, and helping keep daily business operations running efficiently.
We are not looking for a traditional corporate HR profile.
We are looking for someone smart, fast, organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable — someone who enjoys getting things done and can operate efficiently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
- Review and pre-select applications
- Identify strong candidate profiles quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Manage recruiting pipelines and hiring-related administration
- Conduct online research and compare software/tools/vendors
- Prepare lists, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Support organizational and administrative business tasks
- Assist with day-to-day operations across multiple companies
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, administration, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Fast, organized, and highly reliable
- Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Startup mindset with a proactive attitude
- Fluent English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and execution
- Nice to Have
- Startup or fast-paced work environment experience
- Experience with recruiting platforms and hiring workflows
- Operations or executive support background
- Interest in technology and innovation
