Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring to meet the organization's staffing requirements.
The role also supports onboarding activities and maintains recruitment records and reports.
Key Responsibilitiesrecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers and management teams.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Candidate Management
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
Hr Administration & Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Ensure all employee documentation is collected and maintained properly.
- Assist in visa processing, medical insurance enrollment, and employee induction programs.
- Support HR administration activities as required.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Prepare periodic recruitment status reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's /Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in UAE recruitment and labor laws is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for construction, fit-out, manufacturing, or technical roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
