Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the accounting sector, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards to maximize outreach.

Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications and experience required for specific roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, providing them with insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate availability.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders at every stage.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

7.

Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company brand and engage with potential candidates, enhancing our visibility in the job market.

8.

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to the HR team and senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making and workforce planning.

Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes.

Skills
