iEnglish Language Institute seeks a motivated, organized Recruiter to source, attract, screen, and hire candidates across multiple departments.
The role involves full-cycle recruiting and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings and initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates through the process and support a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and extend offers and negotiate employment terms when appropriate.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Support employer branding and participate in job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management, with ability to manage multiple open positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or departments is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is preferred.
- Experience using Indeed and other sourcing tools is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
