Front Demer Real Estates is hiring an HR executive for real estate recruitment and training in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard real estate agents; conduct interviews and screen candidates.
- Train and guide newly joined agents.
- Support employee engagement and performance management.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience training and onboarding real estate agents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hindi and English are required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
