The HR Process & Change Analyst supports global HR transformation, including a Workday implementation, process optimisation, and enterprise-wide change programmes such as payroll.
The role contributes to future-state processes and project delivery across a global organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support global HR transformation and the Workday implementation; contribute to future-state HR process design.
- Gather and analyse requirements with business leaders and facilitate cross-region, cross-function workshops.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights for executive decisions.
- Coordinate project plans, governance, and programme deliverables; support testing, process design, documentation, and change readiness.
- Prepare presentations, communications, and leadership updates.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder confidence, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting projects, transformation, process improvement, or business change; ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- HR, payroll, HR systems, or Workday experience is beneficial; project management, business analysis, transformation, and international or matrix experience are also beneficial.
Contract
- The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
