Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate will assist with HR administration, employee records management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities Assist with basic HR administrative tasks and daily operations.

Support in organizing and maintaining employee files and records.

Help with data entry and updating information in HR systems.

Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and preparing simple reports.

Help coordinate internal communications and respond to basic HR requests.

Support the development and execution of HR Operations training programs focusing on company policies and procedures.

Promote continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and sharing best practices within the HR team.
