Overview
We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** with **last-mile logistics experience**. **Immediate joiners are preferred.**
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new drivers.
- Collect and verify employment documents.
- Coordinate visa, licensing, and client onboarding requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding daily operational matters.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding driver deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
