Provide general HR support across benefits, payroll coordination, leaves of absence, and policy questions, and assist the HR team as a cross-trained backup, as needed.
Administer the Employee of the Month, Employee Recognition, and Meet-and-Greet programs
Assist with system testing and configuration changes, and escalate data integrity risks and trends to HR leadership
Travel occasionally to local program sites to support onboarding and training compliance
Take on additional HR responsibilities as the role and department evolve, when asked by the Director of Human Resources

1+ year of HR or HR-adjacent administrative experience (a Bachelor's in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred )
Working knowledge of HR compliance, onboarding, training administration, and employee lifecycle processes preferred
HRIS experience preferred (UKG Ready is a plus)
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional presence with employees and leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Agility: comfortable adapting as responsibilities shift, with a real willingness to learn
A get-it-done mindset and strong time management
Ability to facilitate trainings and communicate clearly with diverse audiences
Discretion with confidential information
Behavioral health, healthcare, or human services experience preferred
