Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
• Prepare weekly manpower and salary reports for each project.
• Coordinate with project managers and the accounts department.
• Process employee visas, labour cards, medical insurance, and renewals.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure all documents are updated.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance follow-up.
• Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, salary certificates, and HR correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Support manpower planning and allocation across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a construction or contracting company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour procedures, visa processing, payroll, and employee records.
• Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple project teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
