Overview

  • Management of payroll operations and regular reviews.
  • Preparation and updating of employment contracts through the Qiwa platform.
  • Monitoring work permits and residency through Muqeem.
  • Coordination with social insurance (GOSI).
  • Management and updating of employee data and files.
  • Support for HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
  • Preparation of regular reports related to human resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Skills

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Familiarity with systems: Qiwa, Muqeem, social insurance, Mudad.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
  • Proficiency in Arabic; good level in English is preferred.
