- Management of payroll operations and regular reviews.
- Preparation and updating of employment contracts through the Qiwa platform.

- Coordination with social insurance (GOSI).
- Management and updating of employee data and files.
- Support for HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
- Preparation of regular reports related to human resources.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Skills
- 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with systems: Qiwa, Muqeem, social insurance, Mudad.
- Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
- Proficiency in Arabic; good level in English is preferred.
