Role Description
The HR Manager at RH e DP juntos will oversee key human resources activities to support a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a blend of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day tasks include managing HR processes, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
The HR Manager will handle employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, advise managers on HR best practices, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
The role also involves preparing HR reports, assisting with training and development programs, and collaborating with leadership to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Experience in Performance Management, including setting objectives, facilitating reviews, and supporting employee development.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies in line with company standards and applicable labor laws.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and HR best practices in the region is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and proficiency with HR systems and common office software.
