Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of HR processes for legal and support staff.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management cycles, implementing and updating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and firm standards.
The HR Manager will collaborate closely with partners and administrative leadership to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and engagement activities that align with the firm’s professional and ethical culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to support a professional services environment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in professional services or legal environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and use HR and productivity software tools efficiently.
