Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leadership across the business.
- Draft, implement, and maintain compliant HR policies.
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Manage disciplinary matters fairly and in line with Labour Law.
- Drive employee engagement and support a positive employee experience.
- Maintain HR compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of local Labour Law.
- Experience in employee relations, compliance, policy work, and HR business partnering.
- Confidence handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinary conversations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- HR Manager level: 7+ years of relevant experience; Assistant HR Manager level: 4–5 years.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary listed as AED 25,000 per month.
- Benefits include flights for the candidate, spouse, and two children; education allowance of AED 25,000 per child for up to five children; and medical insurance for the candidate, spouse, and two children.
