Role Overview
Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance HR policies, programs, practices, systems, and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Support HR strategy execution across recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, engagement, payroll, reward and recognition, HR systems, and budget management.
- Provide leadership, support, and development to HR staff.
- Prepare staff performance scorecards with department heads and management.
- Manage organizational headcount.
- Source CVs to meet Emiratization and business targets.
- Manage recruitment and employee exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of the UAE Emiratization targets.
- Coordinate training courses, seminars, and conferences with department heads.
- Submit accurate HR reports to headquarters, the Central Bank of the UAE, and EIBFS on time.
- Monitor renewal of staff residence visas and labor cards through the PRO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting experience and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Expertise training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
