HR Manager / Senior HR Officer (Construction Industry)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Officer to join our growing construction team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience within the UAE.
- Mandatory experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and employment procedures.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience handling payroll coordination, leave management, end-of-service settlements, and HR documentation.
- Experience with visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and government portals.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.
- Lead recruitment activities for technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave records, and end-of-service benefits.
- Manage visa processing, labour contracts, and all HR-related government procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports with complete accuracy.
- Support management with manpower planning and organizational development.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with department managers to support business objectives.
