Mission

Role responsibilities

• Contribute specialist expertise to functional strategy and assess external developments for potential organizational impact.
• Analyze HR data and trends to develop insights supporting employee engagement and business performance.
• Develop HR frameworks for recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation and benefits, diversity, onboarding, offboarding, and retention.
• Provide policy advice, resolve queries, communicate action plans, and motivate employees toward business goals.
• Develop and monitor procedures; manage budgets or conduct budget analyses.
• Create and test HR data collection forms and questionnaires.
• Build team capability through development planning, training, and coaching; set and achieve performance objectives.
• Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programmes and support acceptance of change.
• Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level required.
• Experience dealing with varied situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve results within limited timeframes.
