The HR Manager leads the human resources, payroll, government-relations, and hiring-governance agenda for the company’s Kingdom of Saudi Arabia operations.
The role supports a compliant, safety-ready workforce of white-collar professionals and blue-collar field crews, including operators, riggers, signalers, and helpers.
The role partners with Operations and the central talent acquisition team to mobilize licensed, compliant manpower on time and within budget.
Position and stakeholders
- Reports functionally to the President of HR and administratively to the Managing Director.
- Direct reports include HR officers and PRO/GRO government-relations staff.
- Works with Operations and Fleet, project, depot and yard managers, dispatch and planning, HSE, Finance, Admin/IT, Legal/Compliance, talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, and HR Operations.
- External interfaces include MHRSD/MOL, GOSI, Jawasat, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, CCHI insurers, manpower agencies, and third-party certification bodies.
