Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Jeddah.
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for office and project-based teams.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and internal standards, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
The HR Manager will manage compensation and benefits administration, maintain accurate HR records, and support training, development, and succession planning.
The role also involves advising leadership on workforce planning, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and coordinating with project managers to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, preferably within engineering, construction, or consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, and ability to ensure organizational compliance.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to support training, development, and talent management initiatives, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning programs.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), HR analytics, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for communication with stakeholders and authorities.
