The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The role oversees the full employee lifecycle and partners with leadership on organizational culture, engagement, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational culture, employee engagement, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Saudi HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Organizational and planning skills, including workforce planning, training coordination, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including trust-building and conflict management.
- Proficiency in HR systems and standard office software, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, collaborate across teams, and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior HR Manager or senior HR experience is preferred, particularly in events, entertainment, or service-oriented industries.
