Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supporting business growth through effective people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and UAE Labour Law requirements.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, attendance, and employee records.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate visa, labour, and immigration-related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Support department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certifications would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multi-business or group company environment is preferred.
