Dubai Clean is a leading home maintenance and facility services company providing cleaning, maintenance, AC services, water tank cleaning, pest control, soft furniture cleaning, painting, and specialized property care solutions across Dubai since last 5 years.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to strengthen our organizational structure, build high-performing teams, improve accountability, and establish world-class HR systems and processes.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional for the role of **Senior HR Executive / HR Team Leader / HR Manager** to lead and manage all Human Resources functions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organizational development, department structuring, manpower planning, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and UAE labor law compliance.

The candidate will play a key role in creating clear accountability, defining responsibilities, improving inter-departmental coordination, and driving organizational excellence.

Organizational Development & Department Structuring

· Develop and maintain organizational structures for all departments.

· Define clear roles, responsibilities, authority levels, and reporting hierarchies.

· Create and implement Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions.

· Establish departmental KPIs, KRAs, and performance measurement systems.

· Design workload allocation and accountability frameworks.

· Develop SOPs, workflows, escalation matrices, and approval processes.

· Improve collaboration and communication between departments.

Human Resource Management

· Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

· Develop workforce planning and manpower forecasting strategies.

· Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluations.

· Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

· Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Performance Management

· Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

· Monitor employee productivity and departmental performance.

· Develop employee improvement plans and coaching programs.

· Coordinate training and development initiatives.

· Establish career development and succession planning programs.

Hr Operations & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

· Manage employee contracts, renewals, visa-related HR coordination, and documentation.

· Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

· Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce compliance.

· Conduct internal HR audits and process improvement initiatives.

Systems & Process Management

· Implement and optimize HR systems and HRMS platforms.

· Develop dashboards and reports for management review.

· Monitor recruitment metrics, employee turnover, absenteeism, and productivity indicators.

· Establish systems for task tracking, accountability, and performance visibility.

· Support digital transformation initiatives within HR and operations.

Leadership & Team Management

· Lead and mentor HR and Administration team members.

· Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

· Partner with department heads to support business growth objectives.

· Act as a strategic advisor to management on people and organizational matters.

Mandatory

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Will be a Plus Point)

· HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) - (Will be a Plus Point)

· Minimum 4+ years of HR experience in UAE.

· Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial HR role.

· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

· Experience in Home Maintenance, Facility Management, Cleaning Services, MEP, Construction, Hospitality, or Service Industry. (Will be a Plus Point)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred

· Experience building HR departments and organizational structures from the ground up.

· Strong experience in KPI development, performance management, and process improvement.

· Experience with HRMS, ERP, Zoho, or similar business systems.

· Knowledge of workforce planning and organizational development.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

**Salary:** AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
