The Human Resources Manager is the key HR leader for a manufacturing site of more than 500 employees.
The role combines strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with regional HR colleagues, managers, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders and teams on performance management, employee relations, career development, talent reviews, and people decisions.
- Lead and support benefits administration, leave management, onboarding, talent calibration, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on candidate experience and onboarding, including Workday administration and new-starter orientation.
- Implement and improve local people programmes, culture initiatives, and employee-engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and risk requirements; support business projects and change initiatives.
About you
- 10 or more years of HR experience with strong generalist knowledge across multiple disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; CIPD Fellowship is desirable.
- Proven leadership-partner experience and advice on performance, employee relations, and organisational challenges.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment compliance, talent management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; benefits administration and payroll support experience is advantageous.

- The job description states four days on site at the Malvern location.
