About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources function and support the continued growth of our organization 😊
In this role, you'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and talent development while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
You'll play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting both employees and business objectives 🚀
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters
- Support learning, training, and career development initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance review processes
- Partner with department managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Drive employee engagement, diversity, and workplace wellbeing initiatives 😊
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, collaborative, and employee-focused approach 🌱
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred
