Role Description

The HR Manager at Quálitas Compañía de Seguros Colombia S.A. will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including managing employee life-cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of in-office work and work-from-home flexibility, and involves partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include maintaining HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

The HR Manager will also manage HR documentation and systems, track HR metrics, support compensation and benefits administration, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in core HR management functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations relevant to the UAE, with the ability to maintain compliance and advise stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems, data management, and basic HR analytics to track metrics and support data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid work setting.
  • Experience developing and delivering training or development programs is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English; Spanish or Arabic language skills are a plus.
