- We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support organizational growth ๐
- In this role, you will oversee key HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
- You will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and Bahrain employment regulations ๐
- ๐ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals ๐
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities ๐
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives ๐ค
- Lead performance management, training, and professional development programs ๐
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies โ
- Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning processes ๐ฐ
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making ๐

- ๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are preferred ๐
- Proven experience in Human Resources Management, HR Business Partnering, or related leadership roles
- Experience with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and Microsoft Office applications
