  • We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support organizational growth ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • In this role, you will oversee key HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
  • You will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and Bahrain employment regulations ๐Ÿš€

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals ๐Ÿ“‹
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities ๐ŸŒŸ
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives ๐Ÿค

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (required)
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are preferred ๐ŸŒŸ
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management, HR Business Partnering, or related leadership roles
  • Experience with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and Microsoft Office applications
