Role Description
The HR Manager at Vila Carretillas will oversee core human resources operations and support people-related initiatives across the organization.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
The HR Manager will handle employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, and assist with training and development initiatives.
The role also involves collaborating with leadership on HR planning, implementing HR procedures, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in HR management or generalist roles, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with team members at all levels.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a part-time, hybrid environment.
- Experience supporting performance management, training, and development programs.
- Comfort with HR systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and document management platforms).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and promote a respectful, non-discriminatory work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
- Prior HR experience in the UAE or GCC region is advantageous.
