The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.Required Profile:10+ years' hands-on HR experienceBackground in construction, heavy manufacturing, steel, oil & gasExperience managing large blue-collar workforcesStrong knowledge of UAE labour lawFluent in English; Arabic is an advantageResponsibilities:Lead the HR function in a fast-paced environmentImplement HR policies, procedures, and systemsMaintain workforce stability and engagement Let op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
