Role Description
As an HR Manager, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for hospitality and related roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
You will manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance support, employee relations, and basic HR administration.
The role includes maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
You will collaborate closely with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, advise on workforce planning, and contribute to a positive work environment.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation for diverse roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance standards applicable in the UAE or willingness to quickly learn local regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple vacancies and HR tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.
- Comfort using HR software, applicant tracking systems, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, video conferencing platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the hospitality sector or working with hospitality clients is an advantage, as is proficiency in more than one language.
