Role Description
This is a part-time Hybrid HR Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, allowing for a blend of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment efforts, develop HR strategies, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities
include employee engagement, onboarding and training programs, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
The HR Manager will also work closely with department leaders to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- HR Management skills, including recruitment, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Experience in developing training programs and employee engagement strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and diversity and inclusion practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with the ability to analyze HR data
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Relevant certifications, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, are advantageous
- Prior experience in a hybrid work environment or the recycling/sustainability industry is a plus
