Role Description
This is a part-time HR Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, coordinating recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and assisting hiring managers with selection decisions.
The role will manage employee relations, support performance management cycles, and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and confidential manner.
The HR Manager will also administer payroll inputs, leave records, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Additional duties include maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, supporting learning and development initiatives, and contributing to HR policies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and compliance requirements relevant to the UAE or similar jurisdictions.
- Ability to design, implement, and improve HR processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills to support a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities in a part-time setting.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, and solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience supporting learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; additional language skills are beneficial.
